Tiff's Notes
These bowls were great for transferring dough out of the mixer so our staff could “puck” our cookies—our term for portioning them with a scoop. We froze the cookie portions, then pulled them out and baked as needed.
The rim made it easy to scrape the scoop for consistent portions, whether we were scooping cookie dough or cupcake batter.
Having the dough in a separate bowl let our staff handle the scooping while the baker worked on something else!
